- Genuine autonomy in driving tasks forward
- Ability to translate complex legal questions into plain language

- Communicate regulatory impacts across the organization
- Support General Counsel in legal strategy
- Contribute to European expansion efforts
- Collaborate with Compliance, AML, and Data Protection teams
- Advise senior leadership on legal matters
- Act as deputy to the General Counsel
