- Providing solutions and implementing new things without disrupting services
- Customer orientation and ITIL methodology support
- Experience with scripting
- Experience with MDM deployment tools (Addigy, JAMF, Intune)
- At least 5 years of experience in this domain
- Deepening skills through certifications and further education
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluent English
- German skills are a plus
- Solution-oriented thinking
- Technical hands-on mentality
Aufgaben
- Design security for tools and devices
- Provide local and remote support
- Follow and implement processes with documentation
- Ensure infrastructure functionality and proactively fix issues
- Improve workflows and processes for cost and efficiency
- Maintain systems availability, security, and compliance
- Collaborate with sys admins on monitoring hosted systems
- Analyze and resolve operational malfunctions
- Provide support via ticketing system and remote connections
- Visit users for on-site support
- Ensure user compliance with policies
- Support users to correct compliance issues
- Design and implement management tools and networks
- Work on security and ticket management
- Maintain and improve systems using Addigy, Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, Snipe-IT, 1Password, Okta, Atlassian
- Contribute to major team projects
- Report to the IT Helpdesk Lead
