- Strong process understanding in Finance, O2C, S2P, F2C
- Ability to scope and conduct reviews of complex end-to-end processes
- Industry experience in Life Science, Pharma, Biotech or Electronics sector
- Extensive experience in data analytics through projects
- Familiarity with handling ERP system data
- Familiarity with data analytics tools
- Agility and open-mindedness
- Ability to manage audits and stakeholders of different cultures
- Good intercultural and communication skills
- Desire to develop leadership skills
- Good project management and organization skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Business-level fluency in English
- Additional language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel globally (approx. 20% travel time)

- Lead and coordinate operational audits globally
- Participate in subsidiary, process, and project audits
- Conduct ad hoc audits as needed
- Scope and plan audit activities
- Perform fieldwork and data analytics
- Communicate with senior management
- Supervise and review team members' work
- Prepare standardized audit reports
- Document audit procedures and results
- Present audit findings and recommendations
- Contribute to audit technique improvements
- Leverage data analytics and digital tools
- Enhance internal control processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the audit analytics strategic roadmap
