Aufgaben

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-performing Dutch creators.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to Dutch creators, agencies, and management.
  • Close deals with Dutch creators, agencies, and management.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable Dutch creator funnel.
  • Screen creators qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Assess creator performance potential and target group fit.
  • Evaluate creator brand match and price-performance ratio.
  • Negotiate and conclude terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate pricing, licenses, and content scope.
  • Negotiate whitelisting and usage rights for ROI.
  • Ensure maximum performance per euro invested.
  • Select creators using data-driven methods.
  • Structure deals for optimal performance.
  • Conduct price benchmarking in the Dutch market.
  • Continuously optimize creator costs.
  • Draft contracts for Dutch creator collaborations.
  • Close and document Dutch creator deals.
  • Evaluate creators based on ROAS, CPM, CPC, and CTR.
  • Assess creator content quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the Paid Media Team.
  • Transfer scalable assets for paid distribution.
  • Select and develop Dutch creators with high UGC potential.
  • Select and develop Dutch creators with paid scaling potential.
  • Ensure timely content production.
  • Ensure adherence to briefings, guidelines, and deadlines.
  • Build long-term relationships with top Dutch creators.
  • Maintain high-revenue relationships with top Dutch creators.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews.
  • Upsell follow-up and scaling campaigns.
