- Write meaningful unit and E2E tests
- Shape product solutions via discovery, feedback, design critiques
- Ownership of frontend domain, influence platform decisions
- Drive alignment between design and development
- Own and evolve in-house Design System
- Guide team in architecture and performance decisions
- Mentor and support other engineers
- Love for building excellent UIs
- Pragmatic, product-first mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Thrive in growing, fast-paced environment
- Encouraged to ask "why"
- 3+ years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) frontend experience
- Fluent in TypeScript
- Comfortable with modern frontend frameworks
- Experience working with Design Systems
- For Senior: experience building or maintaining custom Design Systems
- Familiar with unit and E2E testing
- Understand UI/UX principles
- Care about building elegant, accessible, usable interfaces
- Operate in ambiguity
- Turn loosely defined ideas into working software
- Experience in startup or scaleup environment
- Previous exposure to fintech or regulated domains
- Experience with zod or form validation tools
- Worked with data visualisations
