Anforderungen
- Bachelor's/Master's in business administration/finance/industrial engineering/business informatics/business law
- In-depth finance & governance experience (business plan modeling/valuation, governance of non-controlled shareholdings)
- Several years of professional experience in international strategy consultancy, audit firm (Big4), investment bank, or comparable corporate position
- Experience managing complex interdisciplinary projects with external international partners
- Negotiation experience desirable
- Extensive knowledge in business models and business plans preparation, benchmarking, and scenario analyses
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS desirable
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
- Excellent and target group-oriented communication skills
- Business fluency in German and English
- High initiative, structuring ability, and results orientation
- High analytical and intercultural competence
- High flexibility (incl. opportunity to work remotely some days a week)
Aufgaben
- Manage end-to-end investments process
- Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders
- Evaluate governance structures
- Conduct negotiations
- Draft contracts
- Evaluate and model business plans
- Analyze Profit & Loss, Balance, and Cash-Flow statements
- Conduct financial benchmarking
- Perform scenario analyses
- Manage non-controlled shareholdings
- Prepare decision materials for top decision makers
- Communicate with top decision makers
- Support shareholder meetings
- Support Board of Directors meetings
- Manage cross-functional international projects
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams
