- At least 5 years of experience as Data Scientist or similar role
- Track record of delivering measurable business impact

- Strong experience in experimentation and A/B testing

Aufgaben
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineers, and Analysts to enhance customer experience.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
- Focus on business impact and customer value in data analysis.
- Define and refine problem statements with Product and stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear analytical questions and hypotheses.
- Design, run, and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to evaluate product changes.
- Guide decision-making based on causal inference from experiments.
- Drive solution design and impact assessments collaboratively with the team.
- Ensure insights lead to actionable outcomes.
- Build dashboards and define KPIs to monitor performance.
- Make success measurable and transparent through performance monitoring.
- Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven value creation.
- Identify gaps where additional data or tracking is needed.
