- •Bachelor or master's degree
- •2-5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Service cloud technology projects or equivalent CRM setup
- •Fast-paced corporate setup or IT/strategy consulting background
- •Experience in sales/service functions
- •Proficiency in CRM, preferably Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or similar technologies
- •Proven learning journey track record, e.g. Salesforce/similar certification/training proof
- •High target/result-driven personality with commitment and initiative
- •Strong communicative and people skills in a matrix organization
- •Team player with hands-on mentality who likes to work in an agile way
- •Fluency in German and English in verbal and written communication
