Anforderungen
- MSc or PhD in data science, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banking, insurance, or asset management
- Interest and experience in AI domains such as Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning
- Familiarity with programming paradigms such as object-oriented and functional programming
- Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL, C#, Java, or similar
- Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric
- Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack, especially Azure services for data and AI
- Flexible and proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform in collaborative, cross-functional team environments
- Full professional proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad

- Focus on Agentic AI and intelligent automation
- Enable AI and develop scalable applications
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards
- Prepare client proposals for business development activities
- Support internal strategic initiatives
- Share knowledge within the Technology Consulting team
- Collaborate with EY teams across geographies and industries
