- Redesign and optimize business processes
- Support implementation projects from conception to solution introduction
- Act as a trusted advisor for conception, implementation, and migration
- Conduct functional and integration tests
- Provide training and support during go-live
- Plan and lead workshops with customers
- Coordinate international implementation teams
- Manage partial project management tasks
