Anforderungen
- Backend development with Kotlin or JVM languages, ideally Spring Boot or Micronaut
- Solid understanding of API design principles
- Experience building microservices or service-oriented architectures
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with document databases (MongoDB)
- Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka)
- Security-conscious development approach
- Knowledge of authentication patterns (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, session management)
- Knowledge of authorization patterns (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, session management)
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
- Familiarity with orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS)
- Team-oriented mindset
- Value collaboration
- Value clear communication
- Contribute to shared goals in agile environment
- Openness to change
- Interest in tackling complex challenges in regulated industry
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with Go for specific services or tooling
- Exposure to multi-tenant system design

- Background in adjacent regulated digital products
- Familiarity with identity management
- Familiarity with know-your-customer processes
- Familiarity with compliance-focused systems
- Frontend experience with Angular
Aufgaben
- Build and evolve backend services for player accounts
- Develop and improve identity and authorization flows
- Integrate external verification and regulatory systems
- Ensure compliance and user safety
- Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs
- Power player account lifecycle and access management
- Build secure and easy access for customers
- Implement third-party identity verification integrations
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, compliance specialists, UX experts, customer care, and QA
- Drive API design decisions
- Ensure intuitive, well-documented, and secure services
- Support production operations
- Monitor and troubleshoot services
- Improve reliability, performance, and auditability
- Participate in technical discussions
- Share knowledge to enhance engineering quality and innovation
