- Maintain financial models for portfolio valuations
- Provide strategic insights to senior management
- Contribute to investment thesis development
- Share knowledge with junior team members
- Support professional growth of junior team members
- Shape the firm's investment strategy
- Shape the firm's investment thesis
- Support portfolio companies post-investment
- Provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies
- Serve on supervisory boards of portfolio companies
- Serve on advisory boards of portfolio companies
- Act as a board observer for portfolio companies
- Cultivate relationships with entrepreneurs
