You will drive complex transactions by performing detailed valuations and financial modeling while managing key relationships with clients and advisors to optimize strategic deals.

Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or science-based disciplines
• •Strong academic track record and relevant practical experience through internships
• •Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time experience in M&A or Corporate Finance
• •Understanding of financial modelling and corporate valuation methodologies
• •Strong analytical thinking, structured working style and high attention to detail
• •High level of motivation, resourcefulness and effective performance in dynamic environments
• •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• •Confidence in using analytical and data tools
• •Affinity for digital and AI-based tools (Advantageous)
• •Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
• •Fluency in both German and English
• •International exposure (Advantageous)
• •Collaborative team player with a positive mindset
