Anforderungen
- 7+ years OEM or embedded technology sales experience
- Proven success securing net-new logos and closing complex multi-year agreements exceeding $1M+
- Demonstrated ability to deliver bookings in long-cycle OEM environments
- Experience navigating technical validation cycles and embedded product integrations
- Executive presence engaging technical and business stakeholders
- Background in industrial automation, medical devices, networking, infrastructure, financial services, or SaaS ecosystems preferred
- Ability to operate independently
- Strong ownership mindset and high forecast discipline
- Comfortable building structure in ambiguous environments
- High tolerance for long-cycle sales (9–18 months)
- Commercial discipline structuring multi-year agreements
- Understanding of embedding technology into partner offerings
Aufgaben
- Drive growth of embedded and platform security business
- Secure net-new logos and close design wins
- Identify and recruit new OEM partners
- Develop and execute account strategies
- Structure and negotiate multi-year OEM agreements
- Drive new design wins and bookings
- Build executive relationships
- Coordinate with Product, Legal, Finance, RevOps, and global OEM teams
- Maintain pipeline ownership and forecast accuracy
- Acquire consistent net-new logos
- Secure design wins in customer platforms
- Generate meaningful bookings from multi-year agreements
- Ensure strong forecast discipline and cross-functional execution
