- End-to-end Finance ownership in S/4HANA implementations
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
Aufgaben
- Provide end-to-end functional leadership for SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Cover Financial Accounting, Controlling, financial close, statutory, and management reporting
- Own overall Finance solution design
- Act as primary functional authority for Finance-related decisions
- Define Finance design principles, standards, and guardrails
- Lead Finance activities across all SAP Activate phases
- Drive enterprise-level fit-to-standard workshops
- Ensure optimal use of standard S/4HANA capabilities
- Review and approve Finance functional deliverables
- Act as primary SAP Finance advisor to Finance leadership
- Lead Finance integration with Master Data, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Sales
- Own Finance testing strategy and go-live readiness
- Provide leadership support during cutover and hypercare
- Serve as long-term functional owner of SAP Finance
- Define and evolve Finance roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives
