- Fluent English skills; knowledge of Croatian or another Adria region language is an advantage

Aufgaben
- Support the Country Manager in developing sales strategies
- Maintain and expand relationships with retail customers
- Assist in acquiring new customers and preparing product presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams in Germany and Croatia
- Monitor sales figures and analyze KPIs for growth opportunities
- Support administrative processes like maintaining customer data
- Manage price conditions and ensure accurate documentation
- Assist with trade fairs, customer events, and store checks
