Anforderungen

  • Strong understanding of German labor law
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Ability to hire, manage, coach, and mentor HR professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and German
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on approach
  • Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented

  • Experience in Software industry preferable

Aufgaben

  • Lead and develop the HR team
  • Implement scalable HR structures and processes
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Represent HR in the management team
  • Advise senior leaders on HR matters
  • Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
  • Execute HR strategies and initiatives
  • Manage talent, workforce, performance, succession, and employee engagement
  • Coach senior leaders to enhance organizational culture
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers
  • Handle employee relations, performance, absence, redundancy, and flexible working
  • Build and maintain relationships with the Works Council
  • Ensure compliance with German labor law
  • Design and maintain transparent HR processes and documentation
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
  • Support training and development programs
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with external providers
  • Deliver quarterly HR reports on recruitment, retention, and workforce trends
  • Manage accurate personnel records
  • Maintain data integrity in HR systems
  • Manage the HR cost center
  • Plan quarterly budgets
  • Advise management on personnel-related decisions
  • Promote a positive corporate culture
  • Shape employer branding
