- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments (efficiency, automation, scalability critical)
- High professional rigor and accuracy with obsession for data quality
- Natural leadership presence shaped by high-performance environments
- Ability to translate complexity into clarity and action
- Thrives in fast-paced, mission-oriented settings where speed matters
