- Lead mortgage credit structuring and approval team
- Hire, develop, coach, and manage team members

- Manage existing credit book and oversight processes
- Analyze, structure, and underwrite complex mortgage requests
- Challenge and provide risk-oriented advice on credit solutions
- Collaborate with front office, legal, compliance, and senior management
- Support implementation of mortgage strategy and related projects
- Drive development and improvement of credit processes
