- Support leadership effectiveness with strong operational awareness
- Coordinate CEO-related internal, customer, and partner events
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights and accommodations
- Anticipate travel needs and ensure executive preparedness
- Manage C-level expense reporting accurately and timely
- Handle administrative tasks with organization and discretion
- Support ad hoc requests and shifting priorities
- Coordinate logistics for global board meetings
- Serve as site manager for Zurich office
- Manage vendors for facilities, catering, and office services
- Oversee office supplies and workplace coordination
- Support office events, team gatherings, and leadership visits
- Partner cross-functionally for consistent workplace experience
