Anforderungen
- 3+ years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related B2B SaaS marketing roles
- Ability to build and execute marketing campaigns for engagement, retention, and expansion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-functional experience with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing
- Comfort managing multiple programs and stakeholders across regions
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and customer marketing platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing events, campaigns, and customer programs
- Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and communicate impact
- High-energy, proactive, and execution-oriented
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with leadership to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure customer value realization and adoption
- Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities with Sales and Customer Success
- Tailor demand generation campaigns for customer retention and expansion
- Scale the customer advocacy program with case studies, testimonials, and reviews
- Identify and nurture customer champions for active advocacy
- Create engaging customer marketing activities tailored to regional needs
- Plan and manage customer engagement programs like webinars and events
- Run customer advisory boards to inform product direction
- Execute customer-focused events, including user conferences and regional activations
- Engage third-party experts and partners to enhance credibility
- Manage program logistics, vendors, and budgets for high-quality delivery
