Anforderungen
- Completed degree in economics, health economics, natural sciences, or comparable field
- Very good German skills (min. C1 level)
- Very good English skills (min. C1 level)
- Sound experience in marketing and sales
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience collaborating with HCPs and external experts/stakeholders
- Experience in indirect leadership of cross-functional teams
- Very good project management skills in matrix organizations
- Strong analytical and strategic-conceptual skills
- Structured, results-oriented work approach
- Very strong communication and presentation skills
- High proactivity and agile, pragmatic mindset
- Experience in Rare Disease/Specialty Care environment
- Residency in the Munich area desirable

- Develop and enhance customer engagement strategies
- Analyze, segment, and refine stakeholder relationships
- Design and implement targeted engagement plans for key customer groups
- Build sustainable, trust-based relationships through consistent interactions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a holistic stakeholder approach
- Support the selection, development, and management of external experts
- Manage customer engagement for national and international events
- Develop and execute advocacy and networking formats
