- Optimize lab space and machine capabilities
- Liaise with GQO and AO for product support
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Drive positive outcomes for technical and business issues
- Make decisions for project-level issues
- Influence and convey ideas to stakeholders
- Support diversity, inclusion, and belonging
- Lead projects and initiatives
- Plan and budget for projects
- Staff projects with appropriate talent
- Mentor cross-functional teams
- Drive financial accountability
- Participate in cost center budgeting
- Conduct Voice of Customer activities
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Set an example for procedures and controls
- Review and approve technical documentation
