- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Solid exposure to AI/ML and data systems
- Strong understanding of data and cloud architectures
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML systems using AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Deep understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and approaches
- Familiarity with data engineering best practices and tools
- Experience integrating industrial data into AI pipelines
- Aligning solutions with operational constraints
- Proficiency in process mapping and requirements engineering
- Familiarity with BPMN, SIPOC, or User Story Mapping
- Strong consulting presence
- Value-driven, persuasive, skilled at framing AI opportunities
- Experience managing diverse stakeholders
- Driving alignment to enable AI adoption and digital transformation
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions for manufacturing clients
- Architect scalable, production-ready data pipelines and AI systems
- Develop high-level technical architectures for client IT/OT landscapes
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data infrastructure
- Support pre-sales efforts with account managers
- Evaluate feasibility of AI use cases
- Provide technical leadership in crafting proposals and RFP responses
- Serve as manufacturing domain expert in client engagements
- Apply deep process understanding to implement AI solutions
- Deliver measurable business value through AI solutions
- Reduce costs and generate new digital revenue streams
- Steer key AI initiatives and align with industrial standards
- Guide research and engineering teams
- Drive thought leadership in AI for manufacturing
- Engage in industry events, publications, and public forums
- Support business development efforts
