- Familiarity with or interest in model training pipelines and reinforcement learning
- Experience building AI applications, agents, or evaluation systems
- Clear reasoning about model behavior in complex workflows
- Comfort working directly with technical users
- Translating user challenges into technical signals
- Fluid movement between prototyping, debugging, evaluation design, and collaboration
- Clear communication across audiences
- High agency and strong product sense
- Bias toward building durable improvements
- Proficiency in German
Aufgaben
- Work with startup customers to understand workflows
- Identify failure modes and improvement opportunities
- Prototype and iterate on prompts and agents
- Design workflows to enhance system behavior
- Synthesize feedback for Product and Research teams
- Create reproducible evals and benchmarks
- Develop technical artifacts to improve model quality
- Build repeatable tools and evaluation methods
- Operate with judgment in ambiguous environments
- Balance immediate problem-solving with long-term improvements
- Build relationships within the startup ecosystem
- Serve as a technical partner to customers and community
