- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Scripting skills in Python, Pearl or equivalent language (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Drive sustainable product yield improvement
- Analyze volume data using statistical methods
- Model correlations to enhance product yield
- Document and report data assessment results
- Discuss findings with subject matter experts
- Contain and fix production deviations
- Support stable production and capacity expansion
- Report yield metrics to international customers
- Ramp and maintain yield in volume production
- Take ownership of product yield performance
- Demonstrate strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Solve complex technical problems
- Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
- Work in cross-functional global teams
- Leverage yield analysis and reporting workload
