Aufgaben
- Lead global payroll transformation programs.
- Coordinate multi-country initiatives with partners.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
- Coordinate country rollouts across multiple waves.
- Ensure effective collaboration among project teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Maintain quality standards and budget expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships.
- Support design and establishment of the payroll organization.
- Collaborate with key transformation stakeholders.
- Drive implementation of global payroll standards.
- Harmonize payroll processes across countries.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Serve as the escalation point for stakeholders.
- Establish robust reporting and performance tracking.
- Monitor project progress and payroll performance.
- Leverage technology to optimize payroll processes.
- Enhance efficiency with digital tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
