Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years payroll management experience and 5 years project management experience, ideally international
  • Proven track record in leading payroll transformation or implementation projects
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries and functions
  • Experience with payroll partners and shared services environments
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to manage tight timelines in complex transformation projects
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Focus on process improvement and standardization
  • Business fluent English
  • Advantageous German skills
  • Advantageous Spanish skills

Aufgaben

  • Lead global payroll transformation programs.
  • Coordinate multi-country initiatives with partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
  • Coordinate country rollouts across multiple waves.
  • Ensure effective collaboration among project teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Maintain quality standards and budget expectations.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Support design and establishment of the payroll organization.
  • Collaborate with key transformation stakeholders.
  • Drive implementation of global payroll standards.
  • Harmonize payroll processes across countries.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Serve as the escalation point for stakeholders.
  • Establish robust reporting and performance tracking.
  • Monitor project progress and payroll performance.
  • Leverage technology to optimize payroll processes.
  • Enhance efficiency with digital tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
