- Develop process improvements and system enhancements
- Analyze processes, data, and controls
- Identify and implement efficiency and resilience measures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers
- Support outsourcing and vendor management tasks
- Assist with day-to-day operations and incident handling
- Ensure business continuity and problem resolution
- Prepare management presentations and decision materials
