- Frame performance review conversations
- Address service-level gaps
- Ensure accountability for follow-through
- Develop services with AI and automation
- Leverage AI-driven workflows
- Eliminate manual reporting
- Scale operational processes using automation
- Navigate complex operational datasets using BigQuery (SQL)
- Identify root causes of inefficiencies
- Build and maintain high-impact dashboards for managers
- Build and maintain ad-hoc reports for managers
