- Familiarity with common network clients
- Familiarity with virtualised server environments
- Familiarity or hands-on exposure to Docker, Git, Python, and shell scripting
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to deliver within constraints
- Availability for at least 6 months
Aufgaben
- Support IT Administrator in expanding global IT infrastructure
- Manage and maintain Bragi’s IT infrastructure
- Monitor and document IT infrastructure
- Maintain accurate hardware and equipment inventory
- Document lifecycle and asset tag hardware
- Contribute to technical documentation and audits
- Develop and update IT policies and procedures
- Coordinate hardware logistics
- Prepare and track hardware shipments
- Receive hardware shipments
- Assist with mission-critical services and servers
- Perform basic server maintenance
- Support server patching and deployment updates
- Provide timely IT support and troubleshooting
- Support employees with endpoints, applications, and connectivity
- Ensure technical and physical security of network-attached hardware
- Offer backup support for network components
- Support routers, firewalls, switches, controllers, and wireless access points
