Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Data Sciences or related field
- Previous experience in Governance/Risk/Compliance, Business Administration or Organizational Design (plus)
- Diligent and pragmatic work style
- Well organized with attention to detail
- Genuine interest and affinity for Digitalization, Automation and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assess complex situations and prepare informed decisions
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact with senior management
- Open to work internationally and remotely
- Basic knowledge on Process mapping and/or Project management (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills
Aufgaben
- Support data analytics for risk and control assessments
- Collaborate with project teams on best practices
- Propose process improvements for Compliance management
- Develop ideas for more effective compliance processes
- Work with global Compliance Topic Experts
- Contribute to the development of compliance frameworks
- Establish governance for written compliance principles and procedures
