Anforderungen
- Current enrollment in Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field
- Strong academic background in accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI)
- Experience with Power Query, Databricks
- Familiarity with SAP and LongView (or similar)
- Fluency in English
- Other language skills advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and ethical standards
Aufgaben
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual month-end close tasks
- Prepare intercompany sales reports
- Reconcile sales subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger
- Review credit notes report
- Analyze shipment reports for compliance with customer contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate month-end close
- Seek standardization and automation of processes
- Periodically review SOX controls and account reconciliations
- Maintain SOX documentation in the online reporting tool
- Update risk control matrices and business process narratives
- Cooperate with external and internal auditors
- Fulfill auditor requests and provide support
- Assist with ad hoc projects and analytics
- Perform administrative and support tasks as assigned
