- Partner with the recruiting team to define target markets
- Conduct market, company, and candidate research
- Identify and prioritize potential talent
- Build accurate and high-quality longlists and research reports
- Prepare progress updates
- Maintain structured project documentation
- Contribute to improving research tools and methods
- Act as a trusted partner to HR colleagues and internal stakeholders
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence
- Support decision-making
- Work closely with global recruiting partners
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Play an active role in project teams
- Help deliver impactful hiring outcomes
