In this role, you will drive sales execution by managing governance meetings and internal communications while supporting the team through project management and high-impact presentation prep.

Anforderungen

• •Student at a university or university of applied sciences
• •Study in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or similar
• •High proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• •Knowledge of Partner, Sales or Marketing processes (plus)
• •Fluency in English and German
• •Excellent organizational and time management skills
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work independently
• •Teamwork skills
• •Previous SAP experience (highly appreciated)
• •Ability to work from Walldorf/St.Leon Rot weekly

Aufgaben

• •Manage specific business project and program elements
• •Organize weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance meetings
• •Prepare forecast and alignment calls
• •Brief speakers and align meeting content
• •Coordinate meeting logistics and manage recordings
• •Execute internal communication and knowledge sharing
• •Roll out information and announcements
• •Prepare presentations for partner and customer meetings
• •Gather content from various stakeholders
• •Handle administrative tasks and social media presence
