- Strong communication skills, clear articulation
- Proactive, curious, collaborative, comfortable in fast-paced environment
- Interest/knowledge in cloud data & analytics concepts
- Experience building/optimizing ELT/ETL pipelines
- Working knowledge of Python for data processing
- Understanding of analytical data modeling
- Awareness of data governance, security, compliance basics
- Solid software engineering practices: Git, code reviews, CI/CD, testing
- Comfortable working in agile/Scrum, collaborating with stakeholders
- Exposure to SAP Datasphere, SAC, BDC, or Databricks, Docker, GitHub

- Support project activities in data management
- Contribute to building and deploying AI framework
- Automate internal processes with data-related tasks
- Perform exploratory data analysis for predictive models
- Maintain Jira for project management
- Implement agent architectures and integration patterns
- Develop evaluation methods for agent and model performance

- Document project activities and updates
