- Oversee the Workday platform and system integrations
- Ensure application stability, performance, and IT security
- Manage Workday configuration, releases, and testing
- Execute business continuity and risk management plans
- Translate stakeholder needs into effective Workday solutions
- Advise senior leadership on the Workday roadmap
- Lead module implementations and system enhancements
- Support change management and user adoption strategies
- Manage external service providers and partner relationships
- Maintain governance standards and system documentation
- Ensure compliance with data protection and audits
