- Gather initial project information
- Transmit project details to store design
- Onboard and coordinate project consultants
- Develop and update project timing and budget
- Facilitate project approval with brands and landlords
- Coordinate permit applications and approvals
- Manage project procurement
- Handle tender process for contractors and millworkers
- Conduct cost comparisons
- Facilitate construction coordination
- Monitor execution for quality and detail
- Ensure proper construction completion and handover
- Follow up on snagging and additional requests
- Complete project financial closeout
