Aufgaben
- Ensure high data quality in CRM
- Prepare and maintain pipeline views
- Prepare and maintain forecast views
- Support week-over-week pipeline analysis
- Maintain reports
- Optimize reports
- Maintain dashboards
- Optimize dashboards
- Create weekly pipeline summaries
- Create monthly pipeline summaries
- Identify risks such as stalled deals
- Identify risks such as coverage gaps
- Support quarter readiness
- Support deal tracking
- Prepare agendas for weekly meetings
- Prepare pre-read materials for weekly meetings
- Gather inputs from the sales team
- Structure inputs from the sales team
- Document action items
- Document follow-ups
- Support sales playbook development
- Support best practices development
- Conduct light research on customers
- Conduct light research on accounts
- Assist with enablement initiatives
- Assist with reporting initiatives
