Anforderungen
- Medical doctor with specialization in anaesthesia, intensive care, emergency medicine, prehospital care or other relevant clinical fields; substantial hands-on experience in trauma care if no specific specialization
- Experience and/or training in treating blast injuries, and/or medical support for mine clearance operations; CBRN settings work is an asset
- Proven experience in low-resource or humanitarian settings
- Demonstrated experience in delivering medical training
- Specific training on medical consequences in CBRN-related situations is an asset
- Ability to work independently in field environment and adapt to changing contexts
- Availability for 3 months consecutive deployment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good health and medical check-up prior to field departure
- Driving license for manual transmission vehicles
- Prepared for unaccompanied postings for at least 24 months

- Deliver tailored Blast Trauma Care training
- Design and implement Training of Trainers programs
- Develop a pool of local instructors
- Provide context-adapted medical advice

- Support ICRC staff with operational needs
- Train on CBRN-related trauma care
