Warranty Investigation Technician(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Vocational training as mechanic or mechatronics technician
• Training as diagnostic technician or technical specialist
• Several years of professional experience
• Affinity for diagnostics and root cause analysis
• Experience in international matrix organizations or willingness
• Very good German and English skills
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Reliability and strong sense of responsibility
• High endurance, concentration, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to take initiative and work independently

Aufgaben

• Inspect and diagnose complete engines and individual components
• Collaborate actively with assembly colleagues during inspections
• Analyze fault patterns and identify root causes
• Present findings in a clear and comprehensible manner
• Test the effectiveness of product-improved components and assemblies
• Maintain relevant data within internal company systems
• Process and manage supplier complaints
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports for damage cases
• Provide technical support in internal and external meetings
• Advise Customer Service on warranty claim decisions
• Support technical departments with product improvement processes
• Complete investigations within specified deadlines
