- English C1/C2 with strong communication skills
- Construction Industry Background
- Experience in AI-first product organisations
- Experience guiding product teams through growth
- Exposure to data-heavy platform environments
- German and additional European languages
Aufgaben
- Translate product strategy into actionable initiatives
- Provide leadership to direct reports and the Product organization
- Collaborate with the CPO on strategic priorities
- Shape an AI-first product culture and workflows
- Ensure multi-market readiness and excellent UX
- Align strategy with quarterly objectives and product decisions
- Partner with the VP Engineering for execution quality
- Communicate product progress and strategic updates company-wide
- Enable insight-driven decision-making across squads
- Manage staffing and capacity planning for the Product team
- Build cross-functional partnerships to align product goals
- Champion continuous improvement in innovation and delivery
