Aufgaben
- Lead the People Management department of 12 employees
- Shape and implement the internal HR strategy
- Optimize talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Design and improve onboarding and adaptation programs
- Support the integration and retention of new hires
- Implement performance management frameworks and KPIs
- Manage goal setting, feedback, and evaluation cycles
- Develop organizational processes with the executive board
- Lead organizational development and change management projects
- Collaborate closely with the works council
- Advise the management team on all personnel matters
- Implement personnel and labor law measures
- Prepare and maintain the personnel budget
- Enhance HR processes through software and design
- Strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement
- Drive cross-department collaboration and HR digitalization
