- Manage governance calendars and approval processes
- Oversee the diligence process from approval to closing
- Partner with integration teams to prioritize strategic value drivers
- Coach and develop junior M&A transaction leads
- Lead late-stage landscaping and market dynamic assessments
- Maintain relationships with financial advisors and banks
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities
