- Adjust outfitting and stock levels based on data
- Manage inventory control and vendor relationships
- Oversee facilities and technology maintenance
- Leverage business metrics to drive growth strategies
- Support the team and guests on the retail floor
- Coach and provide direction to store associates
- Recruit and develop new talent
- Evaluate associate performance and provide feedback
- Coordinate cross-functional training with leadership
- Execute company-level operational projects
- Open and close the store following visual standards
