- Assist the operational team with configuration management topics
- Prepare data for key performance indicator reviews
- Lead or contribute to configuration improvement projects
- Monitor progress within the company excellence system
- Document processes and maintain configuration management standards
- Create training materials, communication kits, and presentations
- Organize events such as Configuration Management Day
