- Knowledge of engineering design and project methodologies
- Understanding of tool architecture and infrastructure
- Knowledge of general railway businesses and industrial processes
- Leadership and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and opportunities
Aufgaben
- Support daily scrum reviews for various projects
- Assist in creating and improving ADS reports and real-time KPIs
- Enhance project dashboards while maintaining standard formats
- Promote awareness of Lean in Development principles across functions
- Create ADS items based on OdY.C exports
- Provide first-level support to end users and resolve application-related incidents
- Train and coach end users on application modules and processes
- Participate actively in the Key User Community
- Conduct acceptance and regression testing for tickets, change requests, and support packages
- Contribute to the development of new solutions and participate in solution evaluation and acceptance
