- Outstanding communication skills

- Confident interaction with peers, senior leadership, and external stakeholders
- Fluent English
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel 10–20%
Aufgaben
- Lead strategic direction of Product Technology Management
- Align activities with corporate objectives and global portfolio
- Manage technical specifications and documentation for product portfolio
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements
- Monitor quality and integrity of technical documentation
- Identify and foster future technologies
- Drive innovation and technology push from GRD to Solutions
- Plan product portfolio phase-ins and phase-outs
- Optimize portfolio for market leadership and profitability
- Lead teams of leaders and managers
- Promote development of leaders and managers
- Establish culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Monitor timelines, cost, and quality targets for development projects
- Represent Product Technology Management in strategic committees
- Interface with senior leadership, regulatory affairs, quality, and supply chain
