- Proven experience managing alliance partnerships
- Prior equivalent experience as GPH or cross-functional team leader preferred
- Global/regional launch experience highly valued
- Marketed product experience highly valued
- Large-scale leadership experience in pharmaceutical company preferred
- Extensive experience in late-stage development preferred
- Extensive experience with product launches preferred
- Normal and routine office duties
Aufgaben
- Architect and own end-to-end lifecycle of global development programs
- Lead high-performing, multidisciplinary Global Program Teams
- Drive strategy to maximize patient and asset value impact
- Navigate internal and alliance governance
- Ensure seamless delivery of program milestones
- Assume accountability for program’s strategic integrity, execution, and financial risk
- Present to Portfolio Governance Committee and Investment Board
- Prioritize strategic and investment decisions for accelerated delivery and asset value
- Maximize competitive value and ROI of assigned assets
- Define comprehensive program vision and strategy
- Integrate cross-functional plans for multiple assets and indications
- Drive external engagement and advocacy with thought leaders and scientific societies
- Adapt program strategies to internal and external trends
- Mitigate risk and seize opportunities with data-driven adjustments
- Ensure end-to-end alignment of program strategy
- Eliminate functional silos and regional discrepancies
- Collaborate across functions to turn strategies into action
- Maintain information accuracy and consistency
- Ensure consistent and compliant communication across stakeholder channels
- Manage budget execution and investment decisions
- Build elite cross-functional teams
- Model high-impact behaviors to meet organizational goals
- Oversee entire development pipeline, not limited to single assets
