- Manage test activities for development, production, and modification.
- Oversee budget, resources, and schedules for test activities.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication with Flight Test & Integration.
- Generate V&V plans for all programs.
- Capture test requirements from the Design Office.
- Define detailed test plans.
- Obtain instrumentation and simulation requirements from development teams.
- Prepare, execute, and report on development, production, and modification tests.
- Ensure availability of Flight Test deliverables (permit-to-fly, flight conditions, limitations).
