Aufgaben
- Co-lead the Venture Coaching strategy and budgeting
- Manage twelve global part-time Venture Coaches
- Recruit and onboard new coaching staff
- Oversee quarterly performance management and impact surveys
- Deploy and experiment with AI coaching tools
- Collaborate on the fellowship curriculum and learning strategy
- Coach two groups of up to thirty-two fellows
- Conduct one-on-one office hours and monthly calls
- Strategize learning content for the Foundation Track
- Track fellow engagement and progress in HubSpot
- Support the Director on strategy and innovation
- Refine the scholarship selection and evaluation process
